What are improv games?
"Improv games are activities designed around participants acting or role-playing a scene spontaneously and without a script. Improv has its roots in schools of acting and comedy, and has often been used to warm-up actors and to build collaborative skills." (sessionlab.com)

What does it have to do with dating?
One of the obstacles holding many people back in their dating life is not knowing how to start or continue conversations. Sometimes there are scary silences, or they just don't know what else to ask.
The improv games we'll play are chosen specifically to address these issues. You'll practice asking open-ended questions, staying present, and thinking faster during interactions.
What if I don't have experience?
No experience is needed! Mistakes are not only welcome... they make it even more fun! The main rule of improv is "Yes, and..." So even if you misinterpret what someone else said, the rule is that they have to run with it.
What if I'm shy/introverted?
This will be a safe space and we'll start with warm-up games that don't require much interaction to help everyone ease into it. You can also choose not to participate if you don't feel comfortable with a specific game.
